hannah@crystalinvestigations.com
Hannah Driscoll is a licensed attorney and private investigator and holds certificates from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI-CH), the EEOC, and Title IX Solutions. Her background spans employment law, civil rights, and both workplace and school investigations.
As one of the founders of Crystal Investigations, she applies a sharp legal lens and a trauma-informed, impartial approach, delivering clear, defensible findings for public and private organizations across Washington.
Hannah brings a balanced perspective shaped by work on both sides of the employment bar — practicing at leading defense firms representing employers and school districts in complex discrimination cases, and at plaintiff-side firms advocating for employees. Her expertise includes Title IX, Title VII, WLAD, and VAWA compliance.
She serves on the testing committee for the Association of Workplace Investigators and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). A Spokane native and Seattle-trained attorney, Hannah is driven by a commitment to equity, integrity, and clarity in every investigation.
